SAI International at the AFS National Meet: Shaping the Future as Changemakers
SAI International School had the privilege of participating in the AFS National’s 6th National Meet, which started on November 15th and continued until November 17th in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. This year’s theme, “Dare to Change-Be a Changemaker” encouraged delegates from across the country to come together, share ideas, and reflect on their responsibilities toward creating a better future. The SAI International School representatives conforming crucial members including the Academic Director, Mr. Nilakantha Panigrahi, the Headmaster Mr. Amitabh Agnihotri, AFS Coordinator Ms. Anu Kakar, and a group of high-spirited SAIoneers, commenced on a remarkable and enriching journey to Kolhapur.

The Adventure Begins
The excitement started when the delegates departed from Bhubaneswar to take a short break in Banglore to rest and prepare for the next part of the journey. When the delegates arrived in Kolhapur, they were cordially welcomed by the host school, Sanjay Ghodawat International. It was a very heartfelt greeting with garlands, tikkas, and some refreshments, provided as a gesture of hospitality. The gesture created an atmosphere for a fantastic day filled with learning, cultural interaction, and building new connections.
A synergic Experience
All the participants had the opportunity to indulge in meaningful discussions, take part in interactive sessions, and cooperate with students from different AFS school members.
